So much of modern music has been tainted by the somnolence we adhere to, no variety, no heart, no passion, rather cut and dry uniformity. So arrives the beautiful and talented Julieanne Dous like a fairy who has stepped from a NeNe Thomas painting with an otherworldly appearance that makes one think of bare foot dancing on the heath and the midnight parties of elven maidens. “Her voice is that of a fallen angel”, to quote from her my space description, and indeed the ethereal quality of her vocals are reminiscent of the beautiful simplicity of ancient hymnals, or the splendor of primeval Christmas songs. It was therefore with great excitement that I was able to contact Ms. Dous and do an internet interview with her.
